Vendor Opportunities

The 2016 Rewind Music Festival is a premier event that reaches prime demographic groups in Nashville and the entire region. Vendor space and booths are limited and fill up fast, so please apply early.

The Rewind Music Festival Event Committee  desires to partner with the businesses that meet Festival criteria for needs, such as: food providers ; specialty sales (such as desserts, merch, etc); bar and club promotion; . The EC also seeks to partner with businesses who will cross-promote the Festival to their network and clientele. We will promote your business with agency-quality Festival promotion, and we hope to continue a long term relationship with partnering businesses.

All instructions are below. Booth space is reserved for return vendors; remaining space is first-come, first-served.

Food Vendors

The overall appearance and presentation of your booth is critical to the overall feeling of the festival and to your retail success. We want to ensure that everyone has the best possible experience. The festival staff determines booth placement.

  • Food/Beverage booths must comply with local food handling regulations.
  • Food/Beverage booths must be inspected prior to opening for festival by Rewind Music Fest management
  • 20lb bags of ice will be available for purchase behind the beer booth for $5 per bag (price may change).
  • Please indicate on your application if you will need 220 volt service.

Your booth must be neat, attractive and well-maintained. You must have a professional looking sign…please no neon lights or flashers. Banners and flags are encouraged.

FORCE MAJEURE – NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY DELAY NOR FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE DUE TO GOVERNMENT ACTION, COURT ORDER, CIVIL DISTURBANCE, INCLEMENT WEATHER, ACT OF GOD, OR OTHER CAUSE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE PARTY WHOSE PERFORMANCE IS DELAYED OR PREVENTED. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS MADE FOR SPACES ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED AS A PARTICIPANT IN THE REWIND MUSIC FESTIVAL.

Apparel Vendors

Please staff your booth with fun-loving, toe-tapping, smiling folks!

Your booth must be neat, attractive and well-maintained. You must have a professional looking sign…please no neon lights or flashers. Banners and flags are encouraged.

You are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing your own booth, your merchandise and your trash. Your booth must be setup and ready for work From 9AM until just before NOON on Sunday, September 4, 2016.

All craft booths must have a usable 5 lb. fire extinguisher and all food booths must have a usable 11 lb. fire extinguisher both must have a valid inspection tag.

  • Pets are absolutely not allowed on Festival grounds.
  • Due to town restrictions, glass containers, Styrofoam, breakable plastic, carry-in alcohol and weapons are not allowed on Festival grounds. Please adjust your product line accordingly.
  • All vendors will be required to remove any wooden pallets they bring into the festival grounds. Failure to do so will result in a removal fee being deducted from their deposit.
